“Popular Science” Lecture Series
Last year, the Li Ka Shing Knowledge Institute (LKSKI) at St. Michael’s Hospital launched an educational initiative aimed at stimulating the interest of undergraduate medical students in fundamental biological research. This lecture series entitled “Popular Science” was delivered by our scientists here at the LKSKI. Each lecturer was asked to speak about his/her research in a manner that would be understandable and interesting to students who were just beginning their medical careers.
